TEAM LEADER

MANAGER OF PRODUCTION, QUALITY, AND SAMPLING

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on colleague for our production site in Izegem

As the production manager, you will play a key role in leading the production team and overseeing quality control. For the steel and panel department, you will serve as the liaison between production, customers, and the organization. You will ensure that steel and panels are delivered to customers on time and to the highest quality standards.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinating and monitoring the sample and panel service.
  • Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of steel and panels to customers.
  • Manage and supervise the production team at the Izegem site.
  • Recruit new employees as needed and monitor staffing levels.
  • Manage personnel administration in collaboration with HR.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring quality procedures.
  • Actively contributing ideas for optimizing production and work processes.
  • Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety within the production environment.
  • You spend 75% of your time interacting with people on the job.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • You have experience in a production environment and/or in a managerial role.
  • You have strong organizational skills and work in a structured manner.
  • You have a sense of responsibility and take the initiative.
  • You have strong communication skills and are able to motivate and lead people.
  • You are quality-oriented and have an eye for detail.
  • You speak Dutch fluently and have a good knowledge of French.

INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

To strengthen our team in Kortrijk, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated commercial office assistant.

You will be the organizational point of contact in our Kortrijk showroom. You ensure that administrative processes run smoothly and that both customers and colleagues can rely on accurate and timely follow-up.​

Your responsibilities:

  • Processing and following up on orders in our ERP system (Business Central).
  • Entering and updating customer and order data in the CRM system (Microsoft
    Dynamics 365).
  • Welcoming customers in our showroom and guiding them in their search for
    a facade brick.
  • Supporting showroom staff with administrative tasks.
  • Contributing to smooth operations and a positive experience in the showroom.
  • Evolution towards sales: in time, you may also conduct telephone prospecting with architects and developers.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You hold a bachelor's or master's degree, or have equivalent experience. 
  • You work accurately, are structured, and have an eye for detail.
  • You are communicative and enjoy collaborating with colleagues.
  • Experience with CRM systems or order processing is a plus.
  • You speak Dutch fluently and have knowledge of French.
