The choice of the Lowie Classic Grey facing brick illustrates La Rambla's commitment to sustainability. The revolutionary production process of this facing brick represents a huge leap forward in CO² reduction (a remarkable 80% less CO² emissions compared to ceramic bricks). And all this without compromising the aesthetics and quality expected from ceramic facing bricks.

La Rambla, located at Waterpoort and Oude-Vestingsstraat, boasts a prime location in Kortrijk. The building is centrally situated on the future city boulevard Ramblas, near the Grote Markt and Graanmarkt. Furthermore, its proximity to the train station makes it an ideal base for commuters.

The project involves an extensive energy-efficient renovation, retaining only the floor slabs and supporting walls. The result will be impressive: spacious, bright boutique apartments spanning an entire floor, featuring luxurious finishes both inside and out.
