Why choose brick slips?

• Ideal for renovation projects: Brick slips are perfect for refreshing existing facades.
• Authentic appearance: They offer the same authentic look as traditional bricks.
• Space-saving and lightweight: With a thickness of just 2 cm, brick slips take up less space and are lighter in weight.

Who are brick slips suitable for?

• If your building permit allows for a specific amount of space, and a full brick facade would extend too far, then brick slips can be a good solution. They can therefore save you space.
• If you desire a new facade brick but wish to avoid major renovation work on your facade, then brick slips offer the ideal solution. Brick slips are applicable to various building constructions and systems such as steel, wood, plaster, etc. (after levelling). With brick slips, you can achieve significant results with a small intervention.

Disadvantages?

Brick slips are often considerably more expensive than full facade bricks because the brick needs to be sawn afterwards. This is an additional (labour-intensive) production process.

How does it work?

Brick slips are often attached or glued to suitable insulation panels.

Are brick slips suitable for you?

If you already have insulation, you can apply the brick slips directly to the exterior facade. If you do not yet have insulation in your cavity wall, you can have it filled with cavity wall insulation. Afterwards, you can apply the brick slips to the exterior facade.

If you do not have a cavity wall, then you can apply the brick slips to suitable insulation panels.
