The impressive new-build project Residence Stuyvenberg is a realization of real estate and care expert Senior Homes, the specialist in the development and management of high-quality assisted living facilities. It was designed by Osar Architects from Antwerp.

The residence consists of six different buildings and comprises 92 assisted living apartments. The complex also houses the cozy Brasserie Stuyvenberg, where you can enjoy a fresh lunch, coffee, or dinner every day. It is located in a quiet area near the village center of Varsenare. It is strategically located near the outskirts of Bruges and just a few minutes from the E40 motorway. People over the age of 65 can enjoy a carefree and completely independent life here, with assistance available when needed.
