The new Jan Breydel residence is located in the center of the charming and rural town of Tremelo. Developer Jennes Project once again chose our Karma White HV WF for the facing bricks (see also their project on Kempenlaan in Keerbergen).
The Residence consists of 22 highly attractive, luxurious, and comfortable apartments spread over two buildings. This enhances the tranquility and privacy. There is an underground parking garage, and for guests, there is a spacious public parking lot available a few meters from the building.
Nearly energy neutral
The apartment building was constructed in accordance with BEN principles. It therefore meets the specified requirements, the most important of which is a very low E-level, namely E30 or less. This E-level is an indicator of the overall energy efficiency of the apartment.

This modern and fresh concept by Schellen Architectuur fits perfectly into the streetscape of peaceful Tremelo. A place where you immediately feel at home. Each apartment is flooded with light and has a spacious terrace or garden, optimizing the connection with the outdoor environment.
