This home is a custom-built BEN project. It involves the renovation of an existing house with a modern extension. For the facing brick, they chose the sleek Karma White Grey VB WF. The bricks were laid in thin-bed mortar, which highlights their appearance even more. The addition of claustras (areas where the empty spaces between the bricks are visible) creates a unique effect with great attention to detail.
