This impressive new-build project, 'Stuyvenberg Residence,' was realized by Senior Homes, a specialist in the development and management of high-quality assisted living apartments. It was designed by Osar Architects from Antwerp.

The residence comprises six different buildings and 92 assisted living apartments. The complex also features the cozy Brasserie Stuyvenberg, where residents can enjoy a fresh lunch, coffee, or dinner daily. Stuyvenberg Residence is situated in a peaceful area close to the village center of Varsenare. It boasts a strategic location near the Bruges periphery and just a few minutes from the E40 motorway. Residents aged 65 and over can enjoy life here carefree and completely independently, with assistance provided where needed.
