  • Sustainability in the Spotlight: Apartment building La Rambla, Kortrijk

A striking apartment building, La Rambla, will soon appear in the heart of Kortrijk. This unique project, comprising five exclusive flats and a commercial space, combines luxury and comfort with sustainable living. We are proud that our ecological facing brick, the Lowie Classic Grey, plays an important role in this pursuit of a green future.

Lowie Classic Grey: Sustainability in Style

The choice of the Lowie Classic Grey facing brick illustrates La Rambla’s commitment to sustainability. This brick represents a giant leap forward in CO2 reduction, with an impressive 80% reduction in CO2 emissions compared to traditional ceramic bricks. And all without compromising on the aesthetics and quality one has come to expect from ceramic facing bricks.

    The project: La Rambla

La Rambla, located on Waterpoort and Oude-Vestingsstraat, is in a prime location in Kortrijk. The building has a central location on the future city boulevard Ramblas, near the Grote Markt and the Graanmarkt. Moreover, its proximity to the railway station makes it an ideal base for commuters.

The project comes from a major energetic renovation, in which only the floor slabs and supporting walls will be retained. The result will be impressive: spacious, bright boutique flats covering a full floor, with luxurious finishes both inside and out.

We look forward to the completion of this exceptional project and are delighted to contribute to a greener future.
